Important Note on Customized and Printed Products

Customized, design-specific, POD (Print-on-Demand), measurement-specific, and printed products are tailored exclusively for individual customers and therefore fall under a strict no refund, no return, and no dispute policy.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • T-shirts, hoodies, rompers, and other garments featuring custom designs, prints, or measurements.
  • Any products manufactured specifically to meet the customer’s unique specifications.

These items are created solely for you and cannot be resold or repurposed. For this reason, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or disputes for such products under any circumstances.


General Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Only non-customized and non-printed items are eligible for returns within 15 days of receiving the product, provided:
      • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
      • Proof of purchase is provided.
  2. Return Shipping Costs
    • For customer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
    • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), DailyWear Store will cover the return shipping cost.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    • Customized, design-specific, POD, measurement-specific, and printed products are strictly non-returnable.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    • Refunds are only applicable for non-customized items that are returned in accordance with the return policy.
    • Items arriving damaged due to transit or manufacturing defects may be eligible for a refund or replacement after verification.
  2. Non-Refundable Items
    • Customized, design-specific, POD, measurement-specific, and printed products are non-refundable under all circumstances.
    • Refunds will not be issued for:
      • Minor differences in color, size, or design that fall within acceptable tolerances.
      • Misinterpretation of product descriptions.
      • Personal dislike after purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  1. Damaged Items
    • If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Provide clear photos or videos of the damage for assessment.
  2. Incorrect Products
    • In the event of receiving an incorrect item, we offer a full refund or replacement for non-customized products.
    • For customized or printed products, replacements are only issued if the error is caused by DailyWear Store.

No Disputes for Customized Products

  • Customized, design-specific, POD, measurement-specific, and printed items are made to your exact requirements and cannot be disputed.
  • Customers are encouraged to review and confirm all customization details before placing an order, as no changes, cancellations, or disputes will be entertained after the order is processed.

Time Limit for After-Sales Requests

  • All requests for refunds, replacements, or returns for eligible items must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Force Majeure

DailyWear Store is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Customs delays
  • Shipping carrier disruptions

As most of our products are customized to meet the specific requirements of our customers, including T-shirts, hoodies, rompers, and printed garments, they fall under the non-returnable and non-refundable category.
