About Shipping

Our products are stocked in multiple warehouses to facilitate faster and more efficient delivery. While we prioritize shipping from the warehouse nearest to your location, product availability may require us to ship from other warehouses.

If an item is oversold, we will assign the order to the warehouse where the item is stocked to ensure prompt delivery.


Shipping Rates

  1. Estimated Shipping Fees
    • You can view the estimated shipping costs for any item by adding it to your cart. Shipping rates are displayed on the cart page, along with an interactive map showing your location.
    • You are not obligated to proceed with the purchase or provide payment details unless you choose to checkout.
  2. Actual Shipping Fees
    • The actual shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout after you input your destination address.
  3. Shipping Guarantee Fee
    • For added protection during international shipping, we offer an optional Shipping Guarantee. If your package is lost, we will reship it at no additional cost. You can choose to opt out of this service during checkout.

Shipment Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • High order volumes or unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays, in which case we will notify you via email or phone.

  2. From Our International Warehouses
    • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days

  2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and circumstances beyond our control.
  3. A 1-2 day processing period is required to prepare your order for shipping.
  4. Delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance, or other unforeseen issues.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

DailyWear Store is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be imposed during or after shipping.


Damages During Shipping

We take great care in packaging your order, but DailyWear Store is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods as proof for your claim.

Remote Locations and Additional Charges

For deliveries to remote locations, additional shipping fees may apply. These charges will be reflected at checkout or communicated to you before shipment.


Shipping Policy for Customized Products

As most of our products are customized, designed, printed, or measurement-specific, delivery times may vary slightly due to the production process.

  • Customized products such as T-shirts, hoodies, and other printed garments are made specifically to your requirements and are non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for disputes once shipped.
  • Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your package:

  1. Contact Customer Support within 15 days of the expected delivery date.
  2. For undelivered packages, you may be required to provide additional information, such as a non-delivery certificate from your local post office.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
